Intelligent Back to Back 

For companies that purchase goods just in time  SAP Business One provides back to back functionality for SAP Business One. This feature enables a user to create a purchase order from a sales order. Intelligent Essentials Improves this functionality by  

·      Enabling actual costing. Within standard SAP Business One you can choose between FIFO, Moving average and Standard costing. When you are purchasing for a particular order you need to be able to track the actual margin of the transaction. Intelligent Essentials enables you to update the cost price on the PO and it will alter the Margin automatically. This also updates the margin reports within SAP Business One 

·      Change the supplier. Within SAP Business One there is a link maintained between the Purchase order and the Sales Order. However If you need to change the supplier because you have received a better price somewhere else or you want to split the PO across multiple purchase orders that link is broken. Intelligent ack to Back maintains the link no matter how you change the document 

·      Cost price from Sales Order. Intelligent Back 2 Back enables a user to put the cost price into the sales order. That cost price is then the price used on the purchase order 

Intelligent Email 

SAP Business One provide emailing functionality which enables a user to send a PDF of a marketing document via email. However the functionality does not enable the batch sending of emails or the ability to use your own outlook client. 

Intelligent Email provides additional functionality to SAP Business One in the areas of document emailing such as 

·         Batch sending of Statements and marketing documents 

·         New email button launches outlook client and attaches the PDF 

·         Auto function automatically send the marketing document  

·         Attach default contact to be emailed 

·         Uses the default PDF selected in SAP Business One 

·         History of date and time each PDF is sent.
