Methodology

The implementation of SAP Business One is undertaken by SAP certified IIS staff in conjunction with the client’s own resources and ultimate users of the solution. We utilise our own in-house SAP Business One solution for Project Management to ensure that projects are controlled strictly within budgets and that milestone targets are met. 

Based on Prince II methodology project management, which is used throughout every stage of the project provides the client with up to date information regarding project status. Our methodology includes comprehensive ‘train the trainer’ user training to enable a high level of future self-sufficiency within the organisation.
